Ramadan Mubarak to Everyone from MANA

  1. The first day of the holy month of Ramadan will be tomorrow Friday, April 24th, 2020.

Maghrib Association of North America extends our best wishes to all our community members and friends. Ramadan is a special time of prayer and fasting, contemplation of God’s greatness, empathy for the poor, and charity and service to those in need. According to Muslim teachings, this season commemorates the revelation of God’s word in the holy Quran to the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him. During this month, observing Muslims fast from dawn to sunset. Fasting involves, among other things, abstaining from food and liquids (including water).

We wish you a joyous and blessed Ramadan.
Please stay home and be safe.

May Allah (swt) accept our Siyam (fasting), Qayam (night prayer) and Ibadah (worship) during this blessed month.
